Once we have recieved a completed contact form from you we will call to arrange a consultation with you so that we can meet you and your pet and talk through the details of what to expect on the day and if there are any specific images that you would like us to capture…

This is where the real fun begins as we start to bring the vision to life, this could be a single session or multiple sessions over several months to capture things such as your puppy growing into a adult.

After the session/s the images will be retouched where many hours will be spent enhancing the magic that will really bring these images to life…

It’s time to arrange a gallery viewing, where you will be invited to our comfortable viewing space at a time that suits you. This is when you will see your finished images for the first time.

Your chosen images will be sent to our print partner where every part of the process from printing through to framing is all done bespoke by their team of in-house specialists to our very high standards. They then package and deliver it with great care to us, where we do a final check before arranging a suitable time for a reveal and collection of your custom bespoke artwork.
